Job Description

 

  • Handle inbound calls about telephone or mobile phone service, wireless reception and dial-up Internet connectivity
  • Investigate any connectivity problems or billing errors to resolve issues
  • Treat customers with kindness, honesty and respect to retain their business
  • Acquire thorough knowledge of the company's services and products to make a good first impression with potential customers

Salary Package

  • Basic salary and allowances P20,000 - 27,000 (depending on experience)
  • Night shift differential pay
  • Performance based bonuses / incentives
  • HMO benefit

 

Job Requirements

  • At least High School graduate
  • With or without BPO experience. Premium salary for candidates with at least 6 months BPO or call center experience.
  • Above-average to good English communication skills
  • Computer literate with typing speed of 35 wpm
  • Willing to work in Commonwealth Ave. in Quezon City
  • Amenable to work on Shifting schedule
